Daydream Education has developed two great delivery service options to give you the maximum convenience and fastest possible delivery of your order.
We use Royal Mail and FedEx to deliver your goods because they provide some of the best quality service available, ensuring your order arrives on time and in the condition you expect.
** COVID-19 Notice **
While the whole Daydream team is striving to ensure your orders are processed as quickly as possible, our couriers are under a great deal of strain with reduced staffing. this means that the delivery window we offer can sometimes be a little later than normal. In most cases tracking will have been supplied to you but if you have any queries please let us know. Thank you
** VAT for European Countries **
From July 1, 2021, VAT will be charged on all commercial goods imported into the EU, regardless of value. Our couriers will collect the VAT from you (our customer) prior to delivery and pay it to the authorities. The EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. We aim to deliver all standard UK orders within 5-10 working days. However, if any items are out of stock this could increase. You will be notified by email if this is the case.

Next working day delivery - £9.95**
**Orders must be received before 1pm Monday to Thursday to qualify for this service; orders received Friday will be delivered Monday.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a next day delivery service to non-mainland UK and Scottish Highlands postcodes.
International Orders
Standard international can take between 5 and 10 working days but priority mail will arrive sooner, normally within 5 working days.

*Some countries are excluded from this rate. To identify if your country qualifies for this service, please go through the ordering process, and select your country from the drop-down list. If your country does not qualify for this rate, you will be asked to contact us for a shipping rate.
Exclusions
Regretfully, we are unable to deliver products to PO Box addresses or Northern Cyprus.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification by email. This email will usually contain the tracking information for your order.
